Yakima City Council renamed the future street in the Mill Site from “Cascade Mill Parkway” to “Bravo Company Boulevard” in honor of local veterans.

2015
The Fair Avenue Roundabout and a short segment of Bravo Company Boulevard was completed using state Local Infrastructure Financing Tool “LIFT” funding and Yakima County Supporting Investment in Economic Development (SIED) funds. This project improved mobility and safety in the vicinity as well as provided access into the Mill area for landfill cleanup without burdening the neighborhood with additional traffic.
The Fair Avenue Roundabout was landscaped using artifacts from the former Boise Cascade Mill.

2017
Design and engineering plans for new City of Yakima maintained streets on the Mill Site Redevelopment project are scheduled to be completed in 2017.
Right-of-way necessary for street construction is scheduled to be acquired in 2017.
A permit for street crossing of the Burlington Northern Santa Fee railroad by new City streets is scheduled to be secured in 2017. For safety reasons, a traffic signal will be installed at the railroad crossing of the new street.
A Washington State Department of Ecology process for environmental cleanup necessary for the road corridor construction is expected to be completed in 2017.
2018
The City will clean up the remnants of the former municipal landfill from the area where new streets will be constructed.
New City streets and utilities will be constructed to extend Bravo Company Boulevard from the Fair Avenue Roundabout at the East-West Corridor. These streets will provide the connection to the new interchange improvements and open up land for development.

2019 — 2025
Interchange ramps, bridges and I-82 improvements in the vicinity of the modified interchange will begin. Improvements will likely be constructed in phases. These facilities will be owned and operated by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).
Yakima County will begin construction of the bridge over Yakima River and the East-West corridor road into Terrace Heights.
